Cancellation Policy

Effective as of April 07, 2025

1. Reservation Cancellations

At Evaara Resorts, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Free Cancellation Period: Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit amount.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made 3-6 days prior to the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total reservation amount.
Very Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the first night's stay.
No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

2. Modification of Reservations

Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and the following conditions:

Requests to change dates must be made at least 3 days prior to the original check-in date.
If the modified reservation falls within a higher rate period, the guest will be required to pay the difference.
Shortening the length of stay within 3 days of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.

Important Note: During peak seasons (December 20 - January 10, and major holidays), special cancellation policies may apply. Please inquire at the time of booking for specific terms.

3. Refund Process

When a refund is approved according to our cancellation policy:

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Processing time for refunds is typically 7-14 business days, depending on your financial institution.
All refunds will be issued in the original currency of the reservation.

4. Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In case of:

Medical Emergencies: With proper documentation (such as a doctor's note), we may offer more flexible cancellation terms.
Natural Disasters: In the event of natural disasters or severe weather conditions that prevent travel, we will work with guests on a case-by-case basis.
Travel Restrictions: If government-imposed travel restrictions prevent your visit, please contact us to discuss your options.

5. Group Bookings

For reservations of 3 or more rooms:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
